CoreCivic has updated its Privacy Policy for California residents.

From the onset of this unprecedented global pandemic, CoreCivic has taken affirmative and proactive measures to combat the spread of coronavirus and followed the most current guidance from medical and industry experts on best practices and recommendations for safe operations.

We have formulated guidelines that consider a number of factors including guidance from the CDC, state and local health authorities, and our government partner, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), to combat this unprecedented health crisis and will continue to do so with the goal of protecting our employees, those in our care, and the communities we serve. Our practices have evolved and changed as the CDC guidance and recommendations have evolved over time and as we learn more about the novel coronavirus. More information on CoreCivic's response to the coronavirus is available HERE

The following table provides data regarding positive employee cases of COVID-19 at our ICE-contracted facilities, and is updated regularly. Data for positive cases among ICE detainees and residents are reported by ICE and available online here.
